All the major networks are now broadcasting their progrmas in both analog and digital format over the air for FREE.
Digital format includes standard resolution and High Defintion programs.

All we need is a $59 antenna from GoodGuys or Circuit City to pick up the free digital High definition TV programs off the air.

There are over 600 HDTV local stations relaying Over-the-Air digital TV programs to our home for FREE.

For example, there are 11 HDTV stations in Puerto Rico alone.

Free crystal clear digital TV programs are available to 90% of the entire US population.

As long as you are within 60 miles from the city, you should be able to pickup the free High Defintion programs like "Monday night football" and CSI.

What Cable companies don't want you to know:

For the last 15 years, many households installed cable services because the analog NTSC signal was not stable and subject to "ghost effect" and "static effect" easily.

But digital TV broadcasting delivers only "0" and "1". Which means you get perfect crystal clear TV picture or none at all.
There is no in-between in the digital world.

In the new digital world, you don't need Cable to enjoy crystal clear pictures.

There are over 100 hours of free High Definition TV programs broadcasting everyday.

For example:
NFL is in High-Def.
ABC Monday Nite movie is in HD
Oscar is in HD
(You can see the veins underneath the skin)
PBS is in HD 24 hours/day

As we mention in point-1, all the major networks are broadcasting all their programs both in analog and digital format over the air.
They will broadcast "I love Lucy" both in analog and digital format. It's up to us to pick it up.

Since it is in digital format, "I love Lucy" looks perfectly clear. Sometimes it looks better than a $39.95 DVD season package.

High Definition display (TV) come in 2 major forms:

1) With built-in Digital ATSC tuner
2) Without built-in Digital ATSC tuner

You need the ATSC tuner to be able to pick up the digital signal before you can display them on your TV.

There is a hugh price difference between the two:

Some shoppers will purchase the HD display without the digital ATSC tuner and use the money saved to purchase the HDe360 which comes with a ATSC tuner plus recording HD TV programs.
