DS-601 runs in standalone mode with 4 free pre-programmed
screen layouts. The user can easliy add videos, photos, and scrolling
texts onto the CF card, select the layout, and plug the CF card
into the player to play. No special software needed. The CF card
storage without mechanical moving part is designed to stand up 24x7x365
usage demanded by professionals.
Network Mode (ENHANCED FEATURE PROVIDED BY TSM
ONLY)
In networking mode, the player will synchronize
automatically with the remote media server by schedule to download
the latest media contents through internet. The remote media server can control and schedule remotely up to 1000 players. The server provides user account
control, scheduling, layout design, and a real-time reporting system.
